[Epic 35-05430] - June 1985; "Sidney cut it, in 1984, in his home studio

huge New Orleans hit, eventually selling well over a million copies;

In Cajun French, 'Toot Toot' is a term of endearment for a loved one.

Live performance in Oct 1985, followed by short interview with host:

It Really Is A Hurtin' Thing [Jin 174] - 1963

(fwiw, I've just found this!)
Tell Me [unissued] - recorded June 14, 1956; Sidney on vocal/guitar

This is possibly Rockin' Sidney, poster says it's from 1957

Rocky [Fame 2002, Jin 141] - c.1957, 1960; Louisiana Rock 'n' Roll
http://youtu.be/FCfDiVS1n3Y
I have this as 1958, with the title "They Call Me Rockin'" by Sideny Simien and his All-Stars.

It's top 10 for the year for me in 1958.

That is what I have too

I believe "Rocky" is merely the revised title on the 1960 Jin reissue.

The flipside is also retitled on that release from "Walking Out" to
"Walked Out On You"

I understand this to be an erroneous title invented for the 1975 compilation
album. In the song, he sings "They Call Me Rocky" (the "y" is clear), not
"Rockin'".

the label for [Fame 2002] (as can be seen throughout the YT video) shows
"Rocky".

I have a lot of respect for John Broven who worked on that pioneering
1975 Flyright compilation with big input from Floyd Soileau. They both
say "They Call Me Rockin'" was Sidney Simiens & His All Stars second
single and was first released on Floyd's Fame label which was a
predessesor to his more famous Jin label.

I have 1958 for it but there is some dispute over that date and it
could be 1957. What is clear is that Sidney's first single appeared on
Jake Graffagnino's Carl label in 1957,his second on Floyd's Fame label
in 1958 and thence he appeared on Floyd's Jin label from late 1958
onwards

It's almost certainly a later reissue (note the video also clearly
says "1959") since the original Fame issue credits "Sidney Simiens &
His All Stars" as per the earlier Carl release

http://www.45cat.com/record/nc376439us

and as original pressings of his following single Jin 103 in 1958 also
credit him that way

http://www.45cat.com/record/nc384875us

He did not get billed as "Rockin' Sidney" until 1959 (which is
ccnsistent with your "Rocky" YouTube clip) and his next Jin single
"Don't Say Goodbye"
