I'm watching a movie about Chuck on Prime Video. I don't remember it
being mentioned in the group before. It features Chuck's wife and many
other talking about Chuck's career and everything along with lots of
clips of him. Looks like it originated on Apple TV.

They think he got the duck walk from the mirror scene in "Duck Soup"
where Grouch does it. Check out the clip, I cued it up to the exact spot
in the scene where Groucho does the duck walk.

Nope. That kind of stiff-legged skip Groucho does is fun, and Chuckk may have
done something similar at times, but the actual CB duckwalk is done with

can't find any video of T-Bone from the 1940s or early 50s to verify this.

It doesn't preclude him getting the dance from Harpo either, or Charlie
Chaplin, or the famous bent knee cossack dance, or a whole lot of other
things. Sheesh.
